Summary:碩士 === 高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 97 === The goal of this study was to explore the factors of Elementary School Teachers’ will and obstacle to use the KMRT( Kaohsiung Mass Rapid Transit ) as a vehicle for outdoor local education, to investigate the elementary school teachers’ teaching will to use the KMRT as a vehicle for outdoor local education, and then to make suggestions for the staff of the KMRT, the educators and future researchers. In this study, a questionnaire was adopted and given randomly to public elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city in 2008. Among the 520 copies of questionnaires issued, 510 copies were recovered and considered effective. The effective recovery rate was up to 98.08%. The data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 for windows, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffé Method. Conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. Elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung city were willing to use the KMRT as a vehicle for outdoor local education. The highest level was “Guides to Activities”, and the lowest one was “Teaching Preparation”. 2. The identification with obstacles of elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung to use the KMRT as a vehicle for outdoor local education tended to be above average. “The factor of shuttle bus” was the biggest obstacle and “The factor of teachers’ qualification” was the second one. 3. Subject teachers had stronger teaching will to “make good use of resources” than homeroom teachers. 4. Teachers with more students in their classes had stronger teaching will to “make good use of resources” than those with fewer students in their classes. 5. Experienced teachers obviously had stronger teaching will on the three aspects including “Teaching Preparation”, “Assessment”, and “Resource Using” than inexperienced teachers. 6. The obstacle degree of junior teachers was higher than the senior teachers. 7. The obstacle degree of the teachers in the schools far away from the nearest KMRT stations was higher than those in the schools close to the KMRT stations. 8. The obstacle degree of teachers without any experience of using KMRT as a vehicle for outdoor local education was higher than those with such kind of experience. 9. Most teachers hoped that the KMRT could offer such services as “the shuttle bus from school to the KMRT station”, “complete plans for local routes and teaching resources”, “more propaganda at school” and “package tours”.
