It mainly adopted questionnaire survey as the research method, took 46 primary school teachers as research objectives, and proceeded with statistical analysis by SPSS 12.0 Version. Results derived from formal questionnaires were analyzed by Independent Samples t Test, One-way ANOVA and Chi-square Test. Conclusions were as follows: 1. The performance of primary school teachers in respect of information literacy ranked in the upper level. 2. The performance of primary school teachers in respect of learning effectiveness merely ranked in the upper-middle level; they showed weaker performance regarding the perspective of “Interpersonal Relationship”. 3. Primary school teachers taking on different responsibilities performed almost the same in information literacy and learning effectiveness. 4. Primary school teachers who were aged more than 31 years old (included) had better performance in information literacy, behavior of using internet, and learning effectiveness. 5. The variable of personal background is one of the factors that primary school teachers had different motives in digital learning. 6. Improper time allocation and unbalance between family care and learning time were two of the factors that primary school teachers could not continue their digital learning. 7. Most problems that primary school teachers encountered were related to system quality, and the unstable system of on-line discussion was the severest. 陳芳慶 學位論文 ; thesis 149 zh-TW
