A Study of Knowledge Context, Relational Models Theory and Knowledge Sharing Willingness--Examples of Pingtung County Police Bureau and Fire Department

碩士 === 高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 97 === ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to make a research about the relationships and the predictive condition among knowledge context, relational models theory and knowledge sharing willingness in Pingtung Police Bureau and Fire Department. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the differences among different background variables existed in the police organizational and fire departmental knowledge context, relational models theory and knowledge sharing willingness. The researches of the relationships among the knowledge context, relational models theory and knowledge sharing willingness are also included. Some constructive suggestions are recommended and brought to the police and fire organization for the reference of management strategy. The test objects are set at the police in Pingtung Police Bureau and Fire Department. According to the literature reviews, the questionnaires of the police knowledge context, relational models theory and knowledge sharing willingness are made and used as the research tools. Three hundred and twenty questionnaires were issued, while three hundred and twelve questionnaires were collected, with a responding rate of 97%. The statistic analysis included the factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson＇product-moment ,Correlation, stepwise regression analysis. The findings are as follows: 1. The results show that the knowledge Context is positively related to the knowledge sharing willingness--- partly supported. 2. The relational model is positively related to the knowledge sharing willingness--- partly supported. 3. Relational models will moderate the relationship between knowledge Context and knowledge sharing willingness--- partly supported. 4. The knowledge Context and the relational models have the partial function of predictability to knowledge sharing willingness. Moreover, the knowledge storage in knowledge context and the communal sharing in relational models have the most apparent predictability.
