Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 環境與安全衛生工程所 === 97 === The non-toxic manufacturing process of thermal CTP plate, computer to plate, for offset printing and traditional PS plate, pre-sensitized plate, manufacturing process are the major studies for this thesis. Moreover, to analyze CTP plates and PS plates of the surface material handling process technology will be introduced as a case study. Furthermore, the value of environmental-related testing in using of chemicals for the manufacturing process to deal with aluminum emissions generated by Plate, process effluents, and sludge is very low. In the handling and control processes are in line with the requirements of environmental protection. In the coated procedure, the process should consider solvent emissions of air pollution caused by the issue of VOCs. The process should also be the use of exhaust emission control equipment in the absorption of pollutants when the output reduction. Then, this coated procedure can meet the "industrial waste reduction" and "pollution prevention."
For the trend of digitalizing in the printing industry, CTP plate increases economic benefits. In the manufacturing process, reducing the pollution of the environment, product improvement, and decreasing the rate of lower manufacturing costs can trim down the raw materials and energy consumption. In the selection of pharmaceutical and synthetic formula should be given priority in the use of non-toxic chemical raw materials. Moreover, the new formula moves towards solvent-free, pollution-free operation of environmental protection or recycling of recyclable material. In addition, exhaust gas, waste water, sludge waste and other pollutants can be reduced volume, so those processes can reach the source of the management of environmental protection norms. Those factors are the key purpose of this study.
