In the past, firms adopted information technology to enhance their operational efficiency. On the other hand, the deployment of supply chain management has become an important issue for firms now and more information technology is applied in it. By improving the performance of the overall supply chain, firms could response swiftly to market demand, increase service efficiency and make more profit. Information flow is very critical in supply chain management. Manufacturers and suppliers can share information rapidly and correctly through a well-planning supply chain management system. Usually, manufacturers play a powerful role while planning and implementing supply chain management system. They request suppliers to use the basic function of system to complete some tasks. But they expect that suppliers can use and share more information in system for strengthening the partnership between the upstream and downstream members. This paper intends to discuss the factors affecting use of supply chain management system. The result could serve for a reference in planning and operating supply chain management system. This dissertation proposes nine hypotheses, which includes the ideas of system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, intention to use, facilitating conditions and use. The research approach adopted in this dissertation is an investigation method of the questionnaire and verifying research hypothesis by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings of this paper are as follows: First, system quality, information quality and service quality of supply chain management system have the significant influence on user satisfaction. Furthermore, performance expectancy and social influence have the significant influence on intention to use supply chain management system. Finally, user satisfaction has a positive effect on intention to use supply chain management system and further affects use of supply chain management system.
