It has forced persuasion of one-way communication efficacy in digital signage. It is prepares the new advertisement tool which anticipated. If the digital signage of the layout can deliver people the message faster and general way. It often can increase many benefits. This research is aimed to discuss the effect of reading performance and layout.The screen is the most important tool to communicate with people.A good screen layout can save time and better visual search, when people watch the digital signage. In this research, the MobileEye system and GazeTracker software are used. The film location is divided into left , right and middle. The rolling display method (leading and R.S.V.P displays)and speed(300,200,150 wpm). The study used questionnaires to analyze the attention and preference of film location. The results shown that, analysis of results showd that the R.S.V.P and 150 wpm is and film location is right that is good result of reading preference. The result of MobileEye system analysis that when the film location put the right is better. The objective of this research want to propose appropriate suggestion.
