Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 資訊管理所 === 97 === The computer is the main media for people to do the interactive activities with one of the other in such virtual community. However, in order to understand what key factors will mainly affect the individuals continue to use this media tooling. The research applies “Electronic Engineering Time Form” as the target participant of this community based on the exchange of professional knowledge. So the members of this community exchanging knowledge would affect the willingness of individuals to continue to use this virtual community. However, this study introduces a variety of “individual differences”, such as dynamic individual differences (Computer Self-Efficacy and Computer Anxiety), and static individual differences (Personal Innovativeness in Information Technology) and based on the Information Systems Continuance Use theory to explore whether individual differences affect the individual’s external motivation (Performance Expectations) and internal motivation (Perceived Individual Verification) and enhance the willingness of using the community. Results in Taiwan and China show that three different personal traits will influence the motivation of individuals, and further affect continued use of the willingness of the virtual community and also find that satisfaction is an important factor.
