Such as VoIP, IM (Instant Message, IM), Skype, mobile phones and other technology being used in a communications needs on weekdays, and it has become a killer application. IP technology will be used in communications technology as an extension of traditional means of communication, and even affect the overall communication market development strategy and future direction.
In this study, to solving the mean of communication over-complicated problem by the concept of unified communications system, aimed at reunification of E Group dial-up rules, telephone conferencing, enterprise instant messaging and real-time audio and video conferencing functions to be integrated to provide suitable overall unified communications solutions. This study use a part of Microsoft and Cisco communications technology for enterprise communication needs. Implementation of a unified dial-up rules , build enterprise instant messaging systems, telephone systems and real-time multi-session audio and video conferencing systems of communication and resources to achieve the purpose of integration and simplify business communications, increase communication efficiency and improve collaboration capacity.
