Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 光電工程研究所 === 97 === The investigation of TiO2 thin film, which is prepared on ITO glass as the anode of the photo-electrochemical module by RF magnetron sputter system, has been carried out in this thesis. The TiO2 thin film are composed of oxygen doped and un-doped TiO2. Then, the TiO2 samples are assembled with the PEM prepared with different conditions, and electrolyte of NaOH of various PH value. We expected to observe different photo-current of PEM modules assembled with TiO2 and PEM prepared by different process parameters. The experimental results have shown the followings: 1)The un-doped TiO2 thin film sample has larger value of photo-current and XRD peak. 2) Among the electrolyte solutions used in this work, the PEC Module using NaOH as electrolyte has the largest photo-currrent. 3)While adjusting the PH value of the NaOH electrolyte, the higher the PH value is, the larger the photo-current is. 4)The PEM prepared by H2SO4 of 1M and the swelling temperature of 75℃ under 30 mins in DI water has enabled module to generate the largest photo-current. 5)The thickness of the TiO2 film Was increased from 100nm to 300nm, and the module showed a higher efficiency. To summarize the results, a highest photo-current of 0.417 mA is generated by the module assembled with the optimum conditions described above.
