Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 應用日語所 === 97 === The issue of Japanese social deference treatment has been noticed and criticized since 1998 while the bourgeoisie collapsed. In the recent decade, deference treatment caused many problems. The most severe issue is the unemployed situation of the young people. However, deference treatment may be a necessary factor to maintain the smooth operation in labor market. It is still hard to maintain the basic living standard if discrimination gap is getting larger. This situation is what young people, especially to those suffering from “employment ice age” need to face nowadays. Once they experience from unemployment after atypical employment, which leads to no income, the chance of falling into living struggles has increased dramatically. Furthermore, the actions of terminating contracted employment, cancelling hired notice for fresh graduated students, denying the job application of graduated students and unemployed young people makes the deference treatment getting more serious in this year. If the government can not provide effective and appropriated policies to solve this unsteady employment market, young people’s living standard will go down. Because young people can not make a living independently, government will have to pay more social cost and resources to deal with the problem. Therefore, this study focuses on the research of atypical employment and its extended problem of working discrimination in young people. Also, this study provides improved policies and recommendations for the issue based on the research.
