The knife can be put into the knife holder smoothly and conveniently. The experimental results show that when the height of countertop of sink is 80 cm, 85 cm, and 90 cm, and the incline angle of knife holder is 35�a and 45�a, it has the less palmar flexion angles and load of wrist.
