So this research hopes in term of training the professional motive force boat to drive and train the human resources , in accordance with undergo training student personal attribute is it probe into power boat course trained to drive pay attention to degree with studying the relevant subject of satisfaction to come.
Research point out that participates in target's laying particular stress on more man mainly at home at present, the trend which women compatriots train to participation like this, not as good as man positively . In is it train student mostly student of age level under society , probably relatively apt to pursue another development of level to join, no matter recreation or working need. It so participate in 20 ton power boat not under the student identity sources trained to drive lay particular stress on in in age and other not high. Study too and find , influence and participate in training student's inherent factor of satisfaction, lay particular stress on it on course studying , subject mainly, but not the administration of enrolling new students etc. serves the above; Namely from the point of view of student , participate in the inherent satisfaction factor of motive force boat course training under 20 tons, lay particular stress on in on course plan and train mainly.
From the point of view of student, participate in the externalism satisfaction factor of motive force boat course training under 20 tons, they quite mind it in course go on, train teachers and course drilled of course. The finding, it is not apparent yet to belong to and work a item of satisfaction to the student of suitable becoming; And the research model result points to, only relate to class' affair operating aspect of continuation class. This has supported this research in the possible inference that the factor divides of the first stage too, , train student's satisfaction in participating in the motive force boat under 20 tons, assess course trends and static planning and design that the factor lies in the training centre mainly, but not lie in on the possible working change the student's future. This result of study can expect, the majority is to relate to improve and lie fallow the quality level.
Can find out from the result of this research too , have the ability to carry out the training centres or continuation classes of the motive force boat under 20 tons at home in a few; Plan, arranges and operates as to them in its training centre course, it should be the main key work. But according to conclusion of this research, should not neglect the work of linking with the student either, because in the external factor, show this factor is the most important; If do well such a focal point, believe that will be improved further student's satisfaction who pursues course training of the motive force boat under 20 tons in the future, and person who impel compatriot will trained to participate in can be more apparent.
