Summary:碩士 === 國立宜蘭大學 === 建築與永續規劃研究所碩士班 === 97 === A research for astronomical formulation design in elementary school Abstract The astronomical facilities in elementary school have great potentiality and value on the basis of national education. It makes astronomical education effectively popularized and trains the best people in this field for the country in the future. But so far, there are many problems, for example the lack of related formulation design and reference materials, the shortage of qualified teachers and managing manpower and the need to maintain facility management and operating expenses. They all cause the utilizable rate of astronomical equipment to get low and even to be left idle finally. Owing to these, it not only can’t develop the education function, but also lead to school managing problems and the waste of resources. In view of this, I make a study of the schools with astronomical facilities an in-depth research by the survey data analysis, observation records, interviews and other methods to understand the development of astronomical facilities in the campus. I also probe the relations and the possibility to develop. The study's purposes are as follows: 1. To understand the current state of school facilities plan, design and related conditions. 2. To make an in-depth study of the use of schools and related topics. 3. To explore the relation between astronomical facilities and teaching development. 4. To make suggestions about related plans and design. Finally, the important conclusions of the use of facilities, setting up and teaching include: 1. In the use of facilities, schools effectively supply with the use of teaching for all grades. Besides, schools should have a timely supply of open-mind for the outside world to get closer, so that facilities can achieve the most activation of the use. 2. In the capacity of teachers, schools mainly strengthen teachers’ teaching profession, make teachers establish cross-divisional or cross-cutting curriculum integration, and even can write astronomy teaching materials without help to make schools to promote tangible or intangible efficiency among teaching, curriculum and facilities. 3. In the plans and design, this study arranges procedures for related matters within the process of astronomical facilities, plans and teaching application. It also provides reference to following development for the schools with astronomical facilities and can be the basis of the schools which have the will to set astronomical facilities. To Taiwan, it has an index significance of broad development for the actual use of the plans and design of astronomical facilities.
