As well, many nations gained the consciousness about the topic of environmental protection. ISO (International Standardization Organization) has become one of the most common measurements in the range of international trade. ISO is not only a standardization that concerns about quality communication as known as ISO9001 but also has started to engage in environmental perspective which as known as ISO14001.      Therefore, the integration of both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 has become a rising concern around globe in recent years. Many research documents have shown the rule of compatibility which answers parts of “Why" but lack of the answers of “How".      Therefore, the following research paper will conduct a longitudinal and qualitative case study by choosing Taiwan Power Company. The case study will be emphasized on answering how to integrate quality and environment in the perspective of BPR (Business Process Reengineering) and revealed the sample from Taiwanese Power Company integration of ISO9001 and ISO14001.      According to the experience of Taiwan Power Company, the integration of both ISO 9001 and ISO14001 takes mission statement reestablishment, elects management representatives, examination, working process inspection, and defines defective and relevant law, reengineering.
