| Summary: | 碩士 === 南華大學 === 非營利事業管理研究所 === 97 === This research takes the Jiayi dwellers and the Jiayi Police authorities as the research objects. By the method of interview, we investigate the life behavior, the organization operation, and the social activities or interpersonal relationship among the research objects.
As a result of the changing circumstances, the role of the police already gradually transforms into the so called “ministrant”. The main target client, namely “the populace”, cares also in public securities, public peace and traffic control.
The major reason of this research lies in understanding the connection of domestic police with the community populace. We discovered that: no matter what the transportation problem or the public security is, the Jiayi Police station has very impression in the mind of the residence.
