Summary:碩士 === 南華大學 === 美學與視覺藝術學系碩士班 === 97 ===   The main purpose of the study is to construct the instructional design on the local educational resources of the local museum, which could provide implemented the instructional method and arouse students’ concern and cognition to their history, humanity, ecology, industry and homeland art by addressing the local museum. The research method mainly includes the literature analysis, the instructional experimental instrument, and the questionnaire. To start with, the foundation of the study was based on the theory of the education of the museum and the homeland education. The subject was an example of Yangukan Cultural Museum in Gukeng township, Yunlin County. The researcher, in light of connected data, deeply explored, collected, analyzed and synthesized the information as the teaching material. In addition, the research planned the curriculum based on the related issue and invited experts in this field to evaluate, modify and then carry out the course. Finally, in accordance with the pretest and posttest of the questionnaires, the major finding seemed to analyze the students’ learning effects by examining their concern and cognition to their hometown.      Here are conclusions and findings of the thesis research: 1. It makes use of the homeland resources as the process of the instructional design. Characteristics are included: a) to collect synthesize, and analyze the literature. b) to understand the subject. C) to carry out the course. 2. The local museum is the best place for doing the research, which is rich in the resources of history, humanity, natural science, and homeland art. 3. Through the activity, it could promote students’ background knowledge about their homeland culture and cultivate their consciousness.      Here are the suggestions of the research: 1. Suggestions to schools: a. Strengthen the cooperation between the local museum and the community resources. 2. Suggestions to teachers: a. Encourage teachers to take the advantage of the local museum as the homeland educational course and raise the abilities of designing instructional activities. b. Assist teachers’ cooperation in groups and collect some related data to plan the course. c. Synthesize the resources into the Nine-Year Integrative Curriculum as the homeland instruction. 3. Suggestions to the Yangukan Cultural Museum: a. Provide essential resources to teachers and students
