Picture book consisting of words and images can not only enhance students’ learning interests effectively and reinforce their learning & reading achievements but also inspire students to explore related knowledge. Based on complete and deep study of training session for teaching picture book creation, the purposes of this research are to comprehend teachers’ curriculum plans during the training session and the achievements of picture books creation from students. In addition, integrated school evaluation and training session effectiveness will be studied also. This research is based on individual study with study subjects of 23 students and 4 teachers gathered during picture book training session in Guo Feng junior high school. Interviews and questionnaire survey were applied to study teacher’s design of the curriculum and the implementation during the training session, achievements of picture books creation from students and training effectiveness of this session. After analyzing the data gathered, concrete research conclusion and suggestion will be proposed for facilitating the process of teaching activity related to picture books, to let students obtain more intact learning ambience and to provide schools or related authorities reference for picture book teaching or the holding of training session in the future. Following feedbacks were obtained through the process of curriculum implementation research: 1. With expanded and substantial curriculum plans, students can be assisted for profound learning. 2. Lively and varied curriculum arrangement can enhance student’s learning effect and classroom management effectively. 3. By employing various teaching tactics, it can reinforce student’s interest and learning motivation. Following results were gathered on picture books creation from students: 1. Enriching student life experience and increasing reading frequency can broaden student’s vision and deepen the content of the picture book composed. 2. Based on the training session, students can promptly be familiar with the using of various media and display multiple creativities. 3. The plots designed by students who wrote stories are mostly set emotionally downward firstly and then upward to the happy ending. Besides, following outcomes were also obtained in the effectiveness of the session: 1. Professional curriculum plans would affect session participation rate and its effectiveness. 2. Training session can increase the opportunity of teaching observation and co-teaching implementation, which could enhance organization performance. 3.
