Summary:碩士 === 國立花蓮教育大學 === 教育行政與管理學系碩士班 === 97 === The Study on Relationships between Principals’ Knowledge Leadership and School Competitive Advantage of Elementary Schools Abstract The purpose of this research is to explore the relationships among principals’ knowledge leadership and competitive advantage. The survey research was done in this study and the samples were selected from the teachers in the elementary schools in Changhua county by stratified random sampling. 57 schools were included and 627 questionnaires were distributed in the study. There were total 528 valid questionnaires used in statistic analysis, and the usable rate is 89%. Research tools in this study were designed by the researcher, including “Questionnaire of Principals’ Knowledge leadership” and “Questionnaire of School Competitive Advantage. ” After the analysis of experts and pretest, the result showed average high reliability and validity. The questionnaire data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Canonical correlation, Multiple regression analysis indicating the following results. 1.The status quo of principal’s knowledge leadership and competitive advantage was above average. 2.There are significant differences among principals’ knowledge leadership in terms of some teachers’ background variables. 3.There are significant differences among school competitive advantage in terms of some teachers’ background variables. 4.There were significant positive correlations between principals’ knowledge leadership and school competitive advantage. 5.Principals’ knowledge leadership can predict school competitive advantage. Based on the results of the research, some suggestions for educational administration agencies, principals and future related study are proposed.
