But, the education of Taiwan always get into the doctrine of Enter higher school . Thus, the significant point was being considered that the conservational education was suitable to operate the adequate resource into the training of subjects strategy applying. Focus on the Hualien city, it is habitual strategy to let the student to improve and pay their efforts for their disadvantaged subjects. How is the effective result of this elevated strategy? Furthermore, it is a crucial and representative key point was how to develop the competitive capability and common marketable trend for Hualien’s student?
For the above reason, the present studies was concluded and constructed seventh models of talent in the future and then also attach the future work of Hualien and the opinions of focus group members. Hope this study was referential contributed both for improving the Hualien and Taiwan education strategy. In this study, we also emphasized three conclusions.
1.Develop and focus the future talent region of the future on Hualien’s education.
To avoid the traditional concepts is an important path for applying Hualien’s education. In addition to concerning the ability of basic subject, the extra and another ability was also significantly noticed. By the reason, the competitive capability of market must be a representative target for improving the Hualien’s educational strategy.
2.The reasonable and emotional abilities were significant development for future talent on Hualien’s education.
Whole-mindedness is a lack element for Hualien education, Therefore, the future talent who was owned the whole-mindedness capability was being competitive. For reasonable ability: basic subject, question solving ability, the ability of applying information and technology and self-regulated learning. For emotional ability: respect, meaning, integration, originality, creative ability and dramatic thinking.
3.Conquer the barriers of developing the emotional ability for future talent on Hualien’s education.
The emotional capability was not an innovated and creative concept on education region but it is easy to ignore for a long time until nowadays. There are four handicaps : (1)nobody take care student’s advantage (2)the educational authorities excessively emphasized the importance of the basic subjects (3)there are too many competitive games in Taiwan’s schools (4)Taiwan’s schools excessively enforces the training of subjects were exhibited and applied on elevated trend of future talent. It was possible and executive to modify the strategy of education by conquering these barriers.
