Pre-test is taken by reference questionnaire and sampling 66 schools in different countries then sent 3 questionnaire to each school. By exam object analysis, factor analysis and Cronbach’s α coefficient can improve questionnaire. Then we use improved questionnaire for formal test. There are 480 senior high schools in Taiwan 3 questionnaire is also sent to each school like pre-test. The recycle rate is 53.62%. Describing statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise regression will be utilized for data process. By the research, there are some conclusions: PE teachers graduated form Sport University have higher interest join in seminars. PE teachers of private vocational high school have higher training transfer effectives than those from senior high school. Training design of physical education is insufficient in TAIWAN PE teachers of senior high school have not enough interest volunteered join in seminars. Female PE teachers have poor training transfer than male. PE teachers that not graduated from Sport University have lower satisfaction than those graduated from Sport University. Seminars for senior high school PE teacher educational training are not enough. Than figure out some strategies: Improved training design of physical education. PE teachers of senior high school must add interest volunteered join in seminars. Training design must consider female PE teachers and those not graduate from sport departments. The government should hold more seminars of educational training. By these strategies, we hope improved training transfer effectives and educational quality.
