The major findings of this research were as follows: 1. The instructional design could help teachers to design a complete unit or a complex course. However, a lot of time and efforts should be spent in order to accomplish the goals. 2. Adjust ASSURE Model between「R」and 「E」.Let「Require learner participation」and「Evaluate and revise」replicable and reversible.More practice can increase the familiarity of informatiov skills. On the contrary, if students get the bad results, we must increase more practices for them to reach learning goals. 3. Adjust ASSURE Model between「S」and 「U」.The information skill learning course often carries out in Technology-Rich Learning Environments. Select more suitable media and materials can let teachers prepare easily and teach smoothly. 4. In ASSURE Model design, add the application of orientation activities between「S」 and 「U」.During research process, draw the concept maps by Team Discussion can let students to find out the learning goals of whole courses. Based on the research, recommendations and the direction for future development are as follows: 1.Raise the ability of create teaching materials. 2.Control teaching time strictly. 3.Adjust the depth of courses flexibly. 4.Draw up a further plan of information skill learning courses. 5.
