Summary:碩士 === 國立花蓮教育大學 === 社會發展學系碩士班 === 97 === Abstract The purpose of this research was to investigate the current status and the relationship between the perception of teachers’ professional roles and the classroom management effectiveness of primary school class teachers in Yilan county. The research could be concluded to provide some suggestions for educational administration, primary school, primary school class teachers, and further research. The research was concluded by questionnaire collected from 310 primary school class teachers in Yilan county. The research instrument was the questionnaire about the perception of teachers’ professional roles and the classroom management effectiveness of primary school class teachers. The data were analyzed by the statistical methods, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. The conclusions of the research are as follows: 1. The primary school class teachers in Yilan county have very high scores on the perception of teachers’ professional roles and the classroom management effectiveness. 2. There are significant differences in the whole or each aspect of the perception of teachers’ professional roles between different genders, school scales and school sites. 3. There are significant differences in each aspect of the classroom management effectiveness between different academic backgrounds, seniorities and school scales. 4. There are significantly positive correlations between the perception of teachers’ professional roles and the classroom management effectiveness of primary school class teachers. 5. The classroom management effectiveness can be predicted by the perception of teachers’ professional roles of primary school class teachers.
