In order to reach the research goal, firstly I analyze the teachers’ job and the theory basis of working satisfaction and the related research. Secondly, I proceed the questionnaires to collect the empirical information of this research. This survey is based on the result of document analysis and the experts’ and scholars’ opinions. The used tools contain two indexes: (1). The Teachers’ Basic Information of Elementary Schools. (2). The Scales of the Teachers’ Working Satisfaction. I use SPSS 10.0 Chinese Version to proceed statistics analysis. I adapt some statistics methods such as an average, standard deviation, independent samples T test, one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance) and Pearson Product-moment correlation to analyze the information. According to the results, I sum up some findings and conclusions of this research as follows: 1.The teachers’ total working satisfaction in Tucheng Elementary School belongs to moderate degree. 2.Among seven dimensions, the teachers in Tucheng Elementary School most satisfy with interpersonal relationship. 3.Among seven dimensions, the teachers in Tucheng Elementary School least satisfy with the government policy. 4.Among the background variables, the married female teachers, aged 41--50 years old, graduated from Normal University, college or ordinary university, the school scale being over 120 classes, the teachers holding concurrent jobs as the deans and over seven-year seniority; such teachers more satisfy than those teachers with other background variables. 5.Under the working satisfaction of the teachers with different background variables compared with the hypothesis research have distinguishing difference in teachers’ working satisfaction with different marriage statuses. The rest partly reach the distinguishing support. 6.Every dimension belongs to positive correlation. Every dimension relates highly in further education, transfer and promotion and school administration while government decree relates least with the job itself. According to the results of this research, I sum up some conclusions and propose some suggestions as the reference basis for the teachers, the units of the schools, the educational administrative organizations and the researchers in the future.
