Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 人資處音樂教學碩士班 === 97 === Music is an abstract form of art presentation. This research proposed child is apt to be limited in receiving and cognizing competences by musical symbols. The primary purposes of this research included exploration and observation the fifth grade students’ learning effects while instructor implementing auxiliaries of musical symbols for teaching at courses of music appreciation. Literature review and action research have been employed in researching methodology. The research proceeded series of experimental teaching courses which were divided in five sections, nineteen hours. The research procedures contributed to understand learner’s learning efficiency and attitude of the selected music elements from the thirty-four students of the fifth grade of elementary school at suburban. The research results portrayed as follows: 1. Auxiliary symbol is obviously feasible to increase child’s learning competence. 2. Student’s learning attitude positively interacts with auxiliary symbol. 3. Student possesses a capability to draw or select correctly a proper symbol figure. 4. Auxiliary symbol is identified an efficient teaching scheme at this research. Based on researching evidences, researcher suggests instructors, publishers of musical textbooks, and interested researchers considering the following opinions.
