Summary:碩士 === 國立新竹教育大學 === 人資處音樂教學碩士班 === 97 === The main purposes of this study are to analyze the practice of organization and training of children concert band, explore the factories of influences on nonverbal intelligence, and analyze the impact of nonverbal intelligence to elementary school students based on the organization and training of children concert band. In Hsin-Chu region, there are two elementary schools which have participated in the national music competition as the research subjects. In order to achieve the goal of this study, the data were gathered using questionnaires, semi-structured interview and descriptive statistical analysis. Conclusions are as follows: 1. According to the results of questionnaires and interview, it do help the participants on learning music, learning academic, developing social skill, and enhancing expression. 2. Based on data analysis of tests, there are two results: (1)The impact of organization and training of children concert band on the performances between participants and non- participants is no different in the first stage, but has difference in the second stage. (2)The variables in sex, region, parents education level and parents occupation have no influences on nonverbal intelligence of students based on the organization and training of children concert band.
