Finally, we discuss on the predicted action for these school on innovative management in current state, differentive factors and strategies. There are 414 samples coming from 29 public school in Taoyuan county, Hsinchu county, Hsinchu city and Miaoli county with 365 valid return questionnaires reaching 88.16% effective rate. Methods adopted in this research were conducted by semi-structure interview and survey. The collected data were analyzed for the hypothesis test through descriptive statistics, the t-test, one-way ANOVA and stepwise multiple regression. There are the summary of our findings: 1. Teachers in the characteristic school perceive innovative management in current state with mid-level. 2. Teachers in the characteristic school perceive innovative management in differentive factors with below mid-level 3. Teachers in the characteristic school perceive innovative management in strategies with mid-level. 4. The male principals and chief with the age of 30 under and 51 over in below century old school in Taoyuan County, Hsinchu County perceive innovative management in current state more. 5. Teachers in Hsinchu and Miaoli County characteristic school perceive innovative management in differentive factors more. 6. Teachers in century old characteristic school in Miaoli County perceive innovative management in strategies less. According to the result, we have some suggestion: 1 Perspective for official authorities: 1.1 The official authorities should strongly support and award the innovation management school and assist to create characteristic school. 1.2 School with highly innovative management performance should awarded donation from official under justice estimate mechanism. 2 Perspective for the administrators in elementary school: 2.1 The characteristic direction needs to be firm. Then we suggest seeking the long term partnership and strategy alliance. 2.2 Enhancing principal professional intelligence is the way to improving innovation efficiency. 3 Perspective for teachers: 3.1 Teachers need to have the ability with innovation management through study and professional dialogue. 3.2 Teachers need to strengthen creature thinking and continuous enhance self-ability, professional skill and experience. 林志成 學位論文 ; thesis 219 zh-TW |
