Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 運籌管理學系 === 97 === By simulating for actual marching duration, the thesis mainly discusses influences of current marching criterion (Loading= 20kg + Distance=5km/hr) on physical-cost(HR, RSP and RPE) of personnel in the military. In our experiment, operations are basically divided into three stages: (1) evaluating the performance of unarmed individuals without workload; (2) accessing the performance of individuals under a self-controlled speed; (3) examining individual performance based on current marching criterion for two hours duration.
Results shows that unarmed individuals who marches without load under medium workload (HR=116.6 times/sec)and medium exercise strength (Max(%)=60.4%) can recovery to normal heart rate in 5 minutes and respiratory system pattern can up to 36.5 times/sec after 50 minutes duration (increasing 16.8 times/sec more than at rest). In comparisons of RPE value at 50th minutes duration, ankles and the lower legs have the biggest workload (RPE=14.5) and the forearm has the smallest one (RPE=10.2) according to those evaluation of body. Steps apparently decline in 13 minutes and maintain in a stable pace.
When individuals marches under medium-to-heavy workload (HR=121.6 times/sec)and exercise strength with medium-to-heavy workload (Max(%)=64.7%), they can recovery to normal heart rate in 21.3 minutes (over the current break time in our criterion) and respiratory system pattern can up to 42.5 times/sec after 50 minutes duration (increasing 20.6 times/sec more than at rest). In comparisons of RPE value at 50th minutes duration, shoulders have the biggest workload (RPE=18.1) and the forearm has still the smallest one (RPE=14.1) according to those evaluation of body. Steps have no differences on pace.
Finally, individuals who continuously marches under heavy workload (HR=127.6 times/sec)and exercise strength with medium-to-heavy workload (Max(%)=67.9%) for two hours, can recovery to normal heart rate in 27.1 minutes (over the current break time in our criterion) and respiratory system pattern can up to 44.5 times/sec after 50 minutes duration (increasing 22.1 times/sec more than at rest). In comparisons of the RPE value at 100th minutes duration, ankles and the lower legs have the biggest workload (RPE=18.9) and the forearm has still the smallest one (RPE=14.1) according to those evaluation of body. Steps have no differences on pace.
