Green intellectual capital influenced pro-environmental behavior through the mediating effect of perceived corporate social responsibility (CSR). This study adopts the questionnaire, which contains three dimensions, including green intellectual capital, perceived CSR and pro-environmental behavior to be measuring instrument. We attempt to understand the relationship between companies green intellectual capital, employees’ perceived CSR and pro-environmental behavior through the employees of high-tech companies in Taiwan. This study focused on employees of high-tech companies in Taiwan. We were collected 413 valid questionnaires. The results indicated that the more three types of green intellectual capital were, the stronger pro-environmental behavior were. Moreover, green intellectual capital was significantly related to pro-environmental behavior through the mediating effect of perceived corporate social responsibility.
