As the period of time the war between USA and Iraq,RFID makes the us army logistic supply system more efficiency,and become the critical key point to win the war.RFID technique apply in the military material transportation has the benefit include save labor cost、to increase accurate and add process speed,etc.Besides,RFID help to deal with the problem about storage and supply management. This research use Analybic Hierarchy Process(AHP),in the beginning of article analysis and storge condition,through view group and expert interview to sum up establish RFID storage management system,main to consider six main item and subitem item included organize structure、people security、main body protection、standard operation procedure、storage management、combined category and sixteen subitem to design question document.The document according to the software Expert Choice2000 evaluate and analysis,the sop weigh (25.2%)is the hightest .It shows the sop is the key point of storage management. After ensuring the specific sequence of the elective factor, we discuss and elect from two plans. One is the current model and the other is the management model which using RFID. The result shows the current model is 36.1%, and the model with RFID is 63.9%. The consistence rate was 0.01<0.1. According the results of measurement, calculation and analysis, we know it is the best way to use RFID in the military storage management.
