Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 資源管理及決策研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of job characteristic change fitness on the ready to change level and job attitude (job involvement, job satisfaction and organizational commitment). A total of 1018 questionnaires were sent to the military personnel and 848 were returned. A sample of 376 was valid and analyzed by using linear structural equation model with LISREL software. As the result, the findings showed that the ready to change level was positively related to job characteristic change fitness. Additionally, job characteristic change fitness also was positively related to job attitude (job involvement, job satisfaction and organizational commitment). That is, ready to change level was related to the job characteristic change fitness through the job attitude (job involvement, job satisfaction and organizational commitment). Therefore, the study suggested to the organization that before changing can be able to do each appraisal preparatory work in advance, through the individual’s psychological felling of job characteristic change fitness, which in turn enhance the job attitudes (job involvement, job satisfaction, organizational commitment).
