Summary: | 碩士 === 國防大學管理學院 === 資源管理及決策研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this research is to explore the mediating effect of partner characteristic on partnership performance. There were 300 copies of questionnaire sent to the enterprise served by the Taiwan Association of Logistic Management in 2007. The 92 valid samples were analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS software. The results showed the partial mediating effect of partner characteristic on partnership performance. That is, the manufacturer will evaluate a high-quality logistics partner, and with good partnership management it will promote the manufacturer's performance. The practical implication for this research suggested that logistics company should show off its own characteristic, so that make the enterprise to choose them. Moreover, the enterprise should keep good partnership management so as to promote the partnership performance
