However, there are more and more critic opinions about that our legal system is not as fair as it to be expected. Furthermore, the public is not confident of our legal system. Therefore, the most important lesson to reform our legal system is to rebuild people’s confidence in judiciary. The world trend to improve legal system is to democratize it. The best method to democratize legal system is to allow people to join trails. People‘s directly involvement in the trail will help clear up the public’s doubts about the credibility of the judiciary. In the meantime, public participation will promote public trust in the system. It also can educate the public about the idea of law and order. To sum up, introduction of popular participation in the administration of justice system, not only fit in with the world trend of judicial rights, but also enhances the credibility of our justice.
