The Police Law Act Chapter 2 Section 2 and the Chapter 10 Section 1 clause 6 second part was originally meant to regulate Police Duty Support, and both clauses were taken out of the Police Law, the reason being the Police Duty Support is regulated on the Administrative Procedure Law as well as the Administrative Executive Law, and not because the police force can be exempted from the Duty Support.As far as we are concerned, the police duty support business will still be on the rise, and the force will still be bombarded with more burden and trouble which will compromise the efforts for law and traffic enforcement.So how to regulate police duty support reasonably so as to face the difficulty of law and execution in the future is the main purpose of this research.
There are about 90,000 words in the research and comprises of 6 charpters:
Chapter 1: To illustrate the motivation and objective of the research, the range
and limits of the research and the research methods.
Chapter 2: To study the meaning of duty support and its nature,background of
origin, the classification, features and similar systems and its
administrative executive support.
Chapter 3: To compare the difference of duty support regulations between
Taiwan and other nations such as Germany, Japan, Korea, Spain and
China
Chapter 4: To study the significance to the police force firstly, and then to study
the main and second activities, this is followed by research on the
meaning, quality, governed laws, procedures and general principle of
laws of police duty support.
Chapter 5: A collection of a few controversial duty support cases and propose
the analysis in question.
Chapter 6: Conclusion of the research and suggestions were made in the hope to
offer good reference for the purpose of police administration support
or modification of laws.
