| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 環境政策研究所 === 97 === The cultural landscape is a classification of the cultural heritage,and the cultural heritage is under the jurisdiction of the preserved structure of the world heritage. In the world,this culture property of cultural landscape appears officially in A.D.1992.Japan government signs the world heritage convention in A.D. 1992, and the idea of cultural landscape is introduced into Japan.Japan government has added a new item of “cultural landscape” in the law of cultural properties protection which is modified in the year of 2005.
Our government also has added a new item of “cultural landscape” in the law of cultural property preservation which is modified in the year of 2005. “cultural landscape” belongs to the brand-new cultural property in our country,and the research of “cultural landscape” is also developed. Our country and Japan also has added a new item of “cultural landscape” in the law which is modified in the year of 2005.Because of it,I choice Japan as an example for my comparative study.The method of “cultural landscape preserve system”in Japan will produce several differences with our country.
I collect from relevant research first and reorganize it for my study,and defined the significance of “cultural landscape”.Combine the method of “the preserve policy of cultural landscape”of Taiwan and Japan.This study regards this six major projects which are “the definition”,“the category lists”,“the progress of cultural landscape preserved and maintaining plan”,“the preservation viewpoint of region overall”,“the advance of the preservation plans of cuitural landscape in operational guidelines”,“information disclosing” as the direction of comparing two countries' tactics and gives the suggestions for my country.
In the results of the study,I observed some problems which are “the definition of cultral landscap is imperfect in law”,“the detention of the progress of the preserved plan”,“lack of the information to be public”,“Individual unit of preservation”.In the end of my study,I will take some suggestions about the preservation of cultral landscape in Taiwan.
