Fast increasing demand of livestock, but did not have good efficient treatment. The object of this study used manure converted biogas to generate electricity and combined the solar energy together, in the meant time to solve the manure causing environmental problems such as order, water pollutions, and CO2 emission. This study try to recalls people to take care of our environment and take the responsibility to protect non-renewable energy in order to provide the resource to next generation which the sustainable use of our resource. This study use GIS to analysis the distribution of manure in Hualien County which produces the most amount of manure, and also analysis the different scenario of the waste distribution. This study use reference which rule the design criteria for calculate the production of biogas. It also uses the experience of foreign biogas plants, regression the production of biogas and electricity. From the above mention relationship, we can get the production of electricity of Shoufong County case. This study surveys the electricity demand base on a head of pig feeding in farms. The research can get the number of pigs for biogas plant by the method of GIS. And then, acquire the whole electricity demand from the farms where biogas plant can collect waste. When compare the base information about the radiation. This study used RETSCREEN MODEL to calculate the electricity which generate from photovoltaic. Input data of the cell module, this study can get the unit energy supply from photovoltaic cell. According to the demand of whole electricity from the farms, then we can adjust the supply of cell unit. This study use biogas to generate major electricity, then combine the electricity which generate from photovoltaic. This combination energy is used to supply the electricity for the join farm. We analysis the availability of both type of energy to design a combined both renewable energy electricity supply system.
