Thus, questions concerning the factors affecting the success and effective management of mergers are becoming increasingly important. The object of the research is based on the employers on bank A. This paper verified the influence of ethical climate, distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice, value commitment, ethical behavior, The paper was conducted by questionnaire survey method, and then receiving 289 effective qutionnaires ; Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was adopted to verify hypothesis. The results of this study were as follows:(1)ethical climate significantly positively affects distributive justice; (2) ethical climate significantly positively affects procedural justice; (3) ethical climate significantly positively affects interactional justice; (4) ethical climate significantly positively affects value commitment; (5) ethical climate significantly positively affects ethical behavior; (6) distributive justice significantly positively affects value commitment; (7) procedural justice significantly positively affects value commitment; (8) interactional justice does not significantly positively affects value commitment; (9) distributive justice significantly positively affects ethical behavior ; (10) procedural justice significantly positively affects ethical behavior; (11) interactional justice significantly positively affects ethical behavior; (12) value commitment significantly positively affects ethical behavior.
