By doing so, every individual’s achievement is closely connected with the company’s success and every individual will have strong recognition to the company he/she is serving for. This research is based on the study of the employees in life insurance industry in Taiwan. The paper intends to find out the correlation between the attitude of the employees’ participation of a company’s interior extra-curricular activities and organizational citizenship behavior. Questionnaires were randomly distributed to related individuals. One hundred and ninety seven effective questionnaires were collected and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was adopted to verify the hypothesis. The findings of the study were: (1) job satisfaction has the most direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior and the organizational identification the second; (2) extra-curricular emotional association has the highest effect on job satisfaction, and extra-curricular awareness the second; (3) extra-curricular action shows no noticeable direct influence on job satisfaction; (4) among these factors, the most influential one toward the organizational citizenship behavior is job satisfaction and extra-curricular emotional association the second. Finally, based on the structure of the research, some suggestions were offered for further studies. Wen-Hai Chih 池文海 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 149 zh-TW |
