Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 電機工程學系 === 97 === This thesis describes three commonly employed machineries in stone processing industry. These machines include continuously grinder for stone slab, high-precision drill-grinding combo-machine for granite, and CNC stone material non-plane shaper. A Mitsubishi Electric FX3U- series PLC controller is employed to renew the control system for the continuously grinder for stone slab. The same controller is also used to fulfill the 3-axis precise servo positioning control module. Together with an AD/DA digital module, the controller is built into the high-precision drill-grinding combo-machine for granite. The last application is based on a PC_BASED general-purpose servo positioning module to achieve a 3-axis 3D non-plane shape carving processor on stone surface.
