Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 材料科學與工程學系 === 97 === Owing to the metal resource of sludge is an exhausted resource and that could not relive in the nature, therefore, the high grade metal-contaminated sludge is of great worth. Cu2+ ions do not incorporate into the ferrite structure, it will form copper oxide phase. The phase of ferrite and copper oxide would be found in solid residue that the mineral characteristics of ferrite and copper oxide would be utilized to recover the valuable metal in the ferrite complex. The Cu-bearing ferrite properties are function as R values, and we were retained the pH value equal to 9 as the reaction process. This purpose stabilizing the structural of ferrite. In selective leaching process, the 2N H2SO4 and (leachant volume) / (ferrite complex weight) radio of 6 were chosen and the dissolution percentage of copper and iron were about 97.55% and 1.55% respectively, the dissolution of copper oxide would be promoted and that of iron repressed when the leachate pH was controlled 3.4. The leached residue was tested by TCLP, and requirement of regulation standards were met, it can be used as adsorbent. The maximum uptake of Cr6+ ions was obtained at pH 1~2 and the absorption effect of Cr6+ reached to 95% in this study.
