Hualien and Taitung Counties are remote counties in Taiwan, where no matter employment opportunities or incomes are all below the national average level. This study mainly focuses on asset allocation, investment planning and risk, and reward assessment analysis.
The research methods are through literature research and expert interviews. Seven experts from local financial institutions are interviewed with designed questionnaires. Opinions of these experts are analyzed and compared. The conclusion of this study may provide as reference for investors and financial advisors in Hualien and Taitung Counties.
