Text messages, voice calls, transmission files, video conferencing and other diverse functions into one instant messenger, it can save a large number of telephone charges and master the other's situation, the scope of application be extended to more enterprises and business activities. The subjects of this study was the office worker who used instantaneous in their organization. Via theoretical foundation is (Venkatesh and Daivis, 2000) model of science and Technology Acceptance Model of TAM2 model. And according to mutuality literature to modify dimension variables. Discussing the factors of affecting the employees who used the instant messenger within the organization by demonstration and research methods . The questionnaire put out from 15th Oct 2008 to 31st Oct 2008 which the effective samples are 312 portions. The establishment of the multiple-regression methods (Multiple-Regression Model) with SPSS 12.0 statistical software to test the prominence of variables path and to prove the suppose of this study. The result as below: 1.「Subjective Norm」, 「Perceived Usefulness」 and 「Perceived Enjoyment」 are the most important factors affecting the employees to use the Instant Messenger. 2.The part of variables which affect the cognition for Instant Messenger are 「Subjective Norm」, 「Job Relevance」 and 「Perceived Ease of Use」, these three variables have distinct positive impact on 「Perceived Usefulness」. 3.The estimate from informants who used SKYPE at work are higher than MSN at「Job Relevance」and「Perceived Usefulness」.
