The grade 1-3 students in the public or private coeducational senior high schools in Taichung County and City were the population in this research. We analyzed these questionnaires with narrative statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment method, and stepwise multiple regression. The main findings of this study were as followed: 1. Peers relation between today's senior high schools students was more positive development. 2. It had obvious difference to senior high schools students who had different school category in the aspect of peers relation as a whole, participation together, and social skills; private senior high schools students were better than public senior high schools students. 3. It had obvious difference to senior high schools students who had different gender in the aspect of peers relation as a whole, friendship, participation together, and social skills; girl students were better than boy students. 4. It had significant correlation between senior high schools students’ parentage, gender equality concept, and peers relation. Most was low correlation, only partial aspects of parentage and peers relation in the aspect of friendship reached moderate related; gender equality concept in the aspect of “the gender equality is together harmoniously”, peers relation as a whole and partial aspects reached moderate related. 5. The senior high schools students’ background variables, parentage and gender equality concept could effectively predict the peers relation of senior high schools students. Finally, Some suggestions were recommended for education-related organizations, parents, and future researchers.
