This study conducted questionnaire survey targeting students who sought the service of education consulting centers in Taiwan that specialize in helping students to study abroad. Questionnaires were administered to 350 students, with which, 203 were retrieved, resulting in a 58% responding rate. The data were subject to descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correspondence analysis, and AHP, and the main findings are as follows: College students when facing abroad college selection emphasize mostly on employability, research resource, academic reputation, and faculty quality. Moreover, students thought that the image of the United States and Britain are very similar, and their curriculum, faculty, research resources, academic reputation, and employability better than other countries.
