Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育行政與政策發展研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this study is to understand the current status and discuss the relationship between school public relations and school satisfaction in elementary school parents of Kinmen County. This study will also provide valuable suggestions for elementary schools to advance school public relations and school satisfaction according to the conclusions of this research. The suggestions of this study can provide references for research in the future. This study adopted the questionnaire investigation method. The questionnaire for this investigation, 262 parents from Kinmen County were randomly chosen to fill out a questionnaire. Out of these 262, 194 questionnaires were used in this research. The major conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. The current understand of the school public relations and school satisfaction of Kinmen County national elementary schools’ parents is performing at high to middle level. 2. There is a significant difference in the current consciousness of school public relation among elementary school parents in Kinmen County depending on parents’ occupations. 3. There is an apparent difference in the current consciousness of school satisfaction between elementary school parents in Kinmen County depending on parents’ age, educational background and occupation. 4. There is a positive correlation between the elementary school parents’ cognition of school public relation and school satisfaction in Kinmen County.
