| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育學系研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this rereach is to understand the national primary school teachers of Yunlin and Chiayi areas in leisure participation, leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction of the current situation and the releationship between the variables. The study adopted survey method, including a total of 546 questionnaires sent.363 were recovered questionnaire can be used, the recovery rate was 67.3%. On the information available to the average, standard deviation, T-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression statistical analysis, based on the final study found that access to the following conclusions:
1. The level of leisure participation for the elementary school teachers in Yun-Chai Area is below average，but in the level of leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction is above average.
2. The male teachers in leisure participation, leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction is obvious difference than the femal teachers.
3. The leisure participation, leisure satisfaction and the job satisfaction for elementary school teachers are highly correlated.
4. The leisure satisfaction and the job satisfaction for elementary school teachers are highly forecasted.
5. We can advice education authorities to encourage teachers to make more use of sports facilities in schools to engage in sports, and for female teachers to estable the growth of camp or to hold related workshop.
6. We can advice education authorities to set ssociations of sports, artistic, knowledge, or learning self-growth and encourage the female teachers to participate more； Through a weekly periodic continuing education courses can increase leisure satisfaction and job satisfaction.
