It also studied the relationship between their creative personality and classroom management effectiveness . Applying the questionnaire survey method, the study had the elementary school teachers of Yunlin County as its research subjects and started the investigation by stratified random sampling. With the “Questionnaire on Creative Personality and Classroom Management Effectiveness of Elementary School Teachers” as the research tool. The data acquired were then analyzed by test for difference among the means: t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation and Canonical correlation analysis. According to the analysis, the main discovery were drawn as follows: 1.With respect to creative personality, the teachers of elementary schools tend to have propensity to adapt. 2.The teachers of elementary schools have high-intermediate level regarding classroom management effectiveness . 3. The male teachers gained higher score than the female teachers on creative personality. 4.The teachers whose highest education is of teachers’ college system tend to have innovation propensity in respect of effectiveness . 5.With respect to conformity, teachers from large-scale schools tend to have creative personality. 6.Subject teachers have higher teaching self- effectiveness than homeroom teachers. 7.The positive correlation exists between teachers’ creative personality and their classroom management effectiveness. 周立勳 學位論文 ; thesis 159 zh-TW
