Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 輔導與諮商學系研究所 === 97 === The narrative research is to explore college students’self-esteem stories which are expressed by using sandtray.The samples was selected by purposive sampling. Researcher invited three college students to take individual counseling for 12 times and express their self-esteem stories by snadtray.Data analysis was using the holistic–content and the holistic–formation. Through cross-case analysis researcher had comprehensive analytic discussions. The results show as follows:
I. Research participants’self-esteem stories mainly include interpersonal relationship, self exploration and career development these three materials.
II. The main themes of research participants’self-esteem stories are included “I care others’ criticism.”, “I hope I am important.”, “I want to get respect.”, “Hold on!”, “I cherish my characteristics.”
III. Research participants’ self-esteem stories show the spirit of romantic drama including the efforts and insistence.
Finally, following the research results suggestions will be made as reference for the real situation and future related studies.
