The research goal is to discuss the successor how to lead the teachers in the kindergarten to carry on the organization study. To discuss the encountering difficulties in this process and the suitable plan to break through the difficulties. To discuss the effect of administrative arrangement and teaching after the successor impelling this study. According to the findings, we propose the conclusions , and will give the reference for our kindergarten in the future. The conclusions of the action research are described as the following. 1. The plan of the successor leading teachers to carry out the organization study. (1)Observing study is the shortcut to promote self-leadership.(2) Laying down the figure to invite sincerely and establishes the good partnership with the teachers. 2.The plan of the successor leading teachers to carry out the organization study and break through the difficulties. (1) Listening attentively to the teachers’ demand for the organization. study. (2) Seeking the support from the partner to melt the resistance. (3) Conversing with teachers deeply should momentarily carry on. 3. The effect of teaching after organization study (1) Organization study can inspire the teacher’s pondering . (2) Promoting the teaching reconsideration ability. (3) Promoting ability of the teacher’s class management. (4) Promoting cooperation ability . 4. The effect of administrative arrangement after organization study. (1) Breaking the former branch level system. (2) “The unofficial way” is the main transmission for the teacher expressing the opinion . The suggestions of this research are s the following. 1. The suggestion for the operation. (1) The operator assists the successor to establish leadership from learning by doing. (2)Showing the effect of organization studies. It’s important to draw up the reward measurement. (3) Integrating the teacher team opinion according to the preschool environment; choosing the suitable organization study for ourselves. 2.The suggestion for the successor(1) Drawing close to the teaching places; participating in the practical teaching, achieving the goal of the administrative support teaching.
