But the shortcoming is that manpower checks meter is not according with economic benefits, water and electricity stolen, efficiency, check meter and note down mistaking, etc. This thesis provides a system that replace
manpower to check meter in wirelessly automatically. Except the research can reduce the above-mentioned problem, and take a few security persons only, can monitor every user of kilo-watt-hour meter and the water meter use the situation
24 hour, and detect the urgent state as soon as possible.
In this thesis, the application of the wireless sensor network to the kilo-watt-hour meter and the water meter, divided into software and hardware part. The water gauge is based on turbine flow meter application and ZigBee, the
wireless sensor network module. With its peer-to-peer transmission, security person can easy to remote control the instant situation of client. The kilo-watt-hour meter uses digital ammeter to be designed, detect the data of examining and reciprocate the control center in user's end. The supervision system of remote control center is built up on Visual Basic, the water meters and kilo-watt-hour
meters supervision interface can control user's situation immediately, and save database automatically help users or security person search, as presenting the urgent state or paying the fees overduly, control centre can send the message to user's mobile phone.
