Both maneuvering detection technique and data association technique play important roles in radar tracking systems. When the target maneuvering movement is occurred, the measurement error will increase. In order to exact track targets, maneuvering detection technique is applied to modify the parameters of tracking filters. In multiple-target radar tracking systems, using data association technique can achieve the better correlation between measurements and exacting targets. Data association technique is not only applied to associate measurements and existing targets but also reduce the tracking error. Research area for radar systems is usually using single sensor. It spends more time to process and easy to have large tracking error. Therefore, in order to increase the robust of database, we proposed a Multiple-Sensor Data Fusion technique in tracking systems. In this thesis, we use image process technique to support the target tracking, and with multiple-sensor data fusion technique to enhance tracking performance.
